About
I am pursuing my masters of graduate studies in real estate development and architecture at Columbia University, in addition to my work experience, to develop every product of the built environment, not as static consequence to an otherwise predictable mode of production, but conversely, as a product created from conquered challenges of apparent impossibilities. I aim to engage in development and architecture that emerges constructed in the minds of the developer and architect economically, culturally, and socially profitable. I seek to be part of team to explore the built environment through various economic, social, and morphologic lenses to deliver a an experience beyond the standard product.
Ultimately, I seek to be part of a team that has a unique understanding of the built environment: both as a mechanical process of transactions that produce a tangible product within the economic machine of the city, as well a distinctive understanding of the economic and social value of design. I intend to be part of a team that believes the developer and architect has the potential to extract value from finance, business, and design knowledge.
